Pros

Stocks, good insurance. Working remotely used to be an issue, but after covid we have all been able to work from home which has been great.

Cons

No room for growth. Base salary is horrible and no room for negotiation. I have worked here for years and my base salary increases only 1-2% each year. There isn't really any room for growth unless you're a lawyer. They seem to have tons of money to hire new lawyers, but not new staff to support the teams that are struggling.
