Pros

Nothing.! Just in written Policy shows off nothing is to implement.

Cons

There are several concerns I would like to highlight: Poor Work-Life Balance – Regular working hours extend to 12–15 hours daily, making it difficult to maintain personal life. Job Insecurity – The work culture reflects a hire-and-fire approach, leading to instability. Lack of Professionalism – Communication and workplace etiquette need significant improvement. HR Concerns (India Teams) – HR teams in Bangalore, Mumbai, and Pune appear unresponsive and unprofessional at times. Overall Recommendation – Considering these factors, I would not recommend joining this organization; exploring other opportunities may be a better option.
