Pros

The culture is different from other companies. Your suggestions are very much welcomed. Your efforts are recognized by the management and compensated well. They are the first company to offer WFH among the companies in BGC.

Cons

Since you are working on a fintech company, it's hard to file your leaves because the market is always open. You'll work even on a holiday.
