Pros

Name recognition, interesting case work, stock options, collaborative team environment.

Cons

Little upward mobility opportunities available within departments. Understaffed. Poor training - most of your role will need to be self-taught. A lot of gossip within the company. Heavy workload with little recognition. You will be expected to "hang in there and get through it together". Minimal award program system for extra work or special projects. Low base pay under the market average.

Pros

Good benefits, inspiring CEO, developing culture

Cons

You will be stressed and overworked here because the company has not addressed its fundamental operational issues: siloed teams, too many emails, too many meetings, bad investments in project management tech, poor project planning and communication, no operational experts or project management office, low-skilled HR leaders who are easily manipulated by expensive external consultants
