Pros

Management: Appreciate my managers they are very supportive and I can feel their trust. I have never experienced being "micro-managed". They let me decide and guide me appropriately. Total Rewards (Compensation): Overall Salary is competitive though I am more impressed with the benefits we have the usual medical, leaves, life insurance, allowances, and etc. BUT on top of it employees can purchase discounted stocks regardless of the level and the retirement plan has matching option. Culture: Nasdaq encourage you to grow and take control of your career. We value playing as a team culture, voice out concerns and still respect each other's differences. We also have different employees networks not just in Manila but globally. The company encourages employees to join community volunteer programs .

Cons

Nasdaq respects work-life balance of employees but sometimes due to the fast-paced environment and as a lean organization - you may have to work extra hours. Aside from the peak season you are free to plot your vacation leaves!
