Pros

It's a very creative and fast moving environment. Nasdaq gives you all the tools to be successful, your job is to figure out how to make the most of it by pushing yourself everyday.

Cons

Many will focus on the lack of advancement in the satellite offices and that's true, but you could say it's what you sign up for when headquarters is in NY. It's not an issue for me, but is for others. There are pros to working from the regional offices too!
