Pros

Love the location, love the people, the company is very transparent with respects to relying information.

Cons

Not much of a con, but you definitely have to be a self-starter. Not much training or transition from one position to the next.

Cons

After Acquisition, the product value is zero. No one cared about the product. More than expected politics.
