Pros

No pressure, no stress. If you are good with your work no questions asked. It’s a good thing that they back their employees over outside hiring. Technical managers, senior developers, team lead they are way good and helpful.

Cons

Immature team management, mostly the old developers are being promoted to scrum master kind of role, those who doesn’t even know the work of a scrum master or project manager.
