Pros

Has great employee benefits. Adapted well to the pandemic in terms of quickly allowing employees to be 100% remote.

Cons

HR leadership not transparent, also kept changing direction and org structure. "Rewriting tomorrow" is fine but if clear communication and open collaboration are not practiced well enough, plans trickle down to the employees too late which makes it difficult for employees to thrive with change.

It's a great place to work.

Cons

I honestly can't think of any.

Pros

Flex days, i.e. extra days of outside of the 30 days of vacation. Good work life balance

Cons

Some times a bit square because some people have been working for 20 years at the company. But a steady pace of new people coming into the company with the right mentality!
