Pros

After one year at Nasdaq, I can confidently say it’s been an incredibly positive experience. The collaborative culture stands out—teams work together seamlessly, and there’s a genuine spirit of support across departments. The work environment is friendly and inclusive, making it easy to build strong professional relationships. Nasdaq is a company that truly welcomes new ideas. Innovation is not just encouraged—it’s celebrated. Whether you're suggesting process improvements or launching new initiatives, leadership is receptive and empowering. Speaking of leadership, it’s one of the company’s greatest strengths. The leaders are approachable, transparent, and inspiring, consistently providing guidance while allowing room for growth and autonomy.

Cons

After a full year, I genuinely have no cons to share. Nasdaq has exceeded my expectations in every way.
