Pros

salary and company is just mid

Cons

Heavy workload. Endless workload. Manager keeps on saying that we have lots of backlog that they said that they’re not adding people. Hence, our small team is having a hard time dealing with the pending deliverables.

Pros

Nasdaq on resume looks good. Benefits such as gym membership and healthcare are good. Location is nice to work in.

Cons

Senior leadership have no vision or daily involvement in what is happening with sales, marketing and client service. Not much progression in terms of pay and title changes. Limited resources to help sales, such as effective marketing and mentorship/training. Long term career opportunities are not possible as senior leadership has been there a long time and do not promote internally.
