Pros

The general culture of Nasdaq is positive and they offer great benefits. The people in general are mostly made up of smart, kind, hardworking people.

Cons

Pay is a little lower than industry standard. Bonus and stocks are great, but from what I've found it is not consistent across departments. Also, bad managers will still be allowed to thrive if they have a weak supervisor.
