Pros

Great people, very accommodating, good culture of helping each other grow, very relaxed environment (most of the time),regularly explore new technologies

Cons

Morale and passion in actual product feels low across teams. The work itself is fairly interesting and you learn a lot, but I don't think anyone is really crazy about what they do there.

Pros

Lots of stability and room to become sme

Cons

Not competitive pay. Seems stagnant in terms of career growth. Managers are only managers because they have been there long enough. There are some really good ones and really bad ones. The hybrid requirement to be in office twice a week is not great
