We are an entrepreneurial, growing company, and with that growth come “growing pains” at times. Our expansion has occurred quickly, so indeed there may be times when employees may feel overwhelmed with their workloads. We can only say that we have the utmost faith in all levels of our staff, and that we try to provide an environment that enables our people to excel by giving them additional responsibilities – ultimately aiding in their professional growth.
As you mentioned, there are many hard-working, loyal and wonderful people who work at Nassau Candy. As needed, we look to constantly hire qualified and motivated individuals to enhance this ever-changing environment, and to continue to maintain the enthusiasm which drives our organization.
As a family-owned company, we attempt to maintain open channels of communication within our employee family, and strive to work through issues if and when they do arise.
