      laid back environment, lots of free candy/chocolate. job security - they’ve been expanding like crazy each year.

      Cons

      management plays favorites, company is indifferent about your personal property (there’s an accident everyday in their parking lot), one of the owners hit an employees car and they scrubbed the camera footage. if they fire you they will not respond to unemployment claims even though they specified you would be able to collect UI benefits. Not enough pay for the work expected. Shady overall
