Middle and lower management and most coworkers are fantastic Free candy occasionally

Cons

DO NOT TRAIN. If you apply for any product development role be prepared not to be properly trained at all. There will be missing pieces everywhere and you will be held accountable for things you weren’t even involved in. Managers will tell you you’re doing a good job and fire you next week for unknown reasons. I would not work in this department for double the pay. You will be stressed beyond belief. You will not get an actual job description so everything is your job.
