easy flow schedule do your work and go home simple

Cons

No space to work,needs more house cleaning , need more stock guys to clean up isles and maintain a clean work environment , should be spotless we are working with candy and food.. More Maintenance for equipment to do our jobs in safe manner . Broken pallets in racks no accountable for mess that is left behind

Here's why Nassau is successful: Nassau's culture is a can-do, entrepreneurial, family culture. What this means is that Management expects the most from its employees, but it respects family and practices family first. We have the children of many of my co-workers interning for the summer. If employees were not happy they wouldn't be bringing their kids into join the company in any capacity. Nassau also promotes from within -- great opportunities for all if you work hard!!!

Cons

Nassau needs to do more to recognize its employees. The new birthday program @ Wjs is exciting and a step in the right direction!
