Pros

There are literally no pros. The culture at NatWest is among the worst in the industry. It's driven by poor leadership that literally has no vision or direction. I've been here since the last two years and I've been working 12 hours at an average across weekends, most weekdays are at least 14 hours. I have availed sick leaves to work extra. Your mental health takes a toll.

Cons

Everything you can possibly imagine. Extremely poor work-life balance, horrible leadership, terrible culture
