      Pros

      Great people, many new things to learn, free lunches 3 times a week, happy hours, OK benefits, NGS-based technology. Definitely a great place to start your industry career.

      Cons

      A very high turnover rate because people feel unvalued and unappreciated by the company and very often by the managers as well. High level managers and executives have very little or no experience anywhere else except Natera. Even a small thing requires a lot of effort to get done. Way too much politics to deal with, and you must watch your back at all times.

      Pros

      You'll be making the world better, taking on some key challenges of life and health, working with a dedicated and bright team, and helping to develop truly impressive technology. The people at Natera are generally highly motivated and interesting individuals. The culture is to work hard and expect excellence but there is also a lot of play... taking breaks with TV or pool in the game rooms, gym, poker gatherings, ping-pong tournaments, teams go out regularly together, good free food for lunches which brings everyone together to hang, friday beer breaks etc.

      Cons

      I guess the culture doesn't work for everyone. This is not a place to be if you don't want to put in real effort to contribute to something great. You need to be ready to think and learn and grow.

      Great place to hone technical skills

      Pros

      Employees are all very friendly and helpful. Majority of the lab teams are composed of individuals in their 20's. There are weekly catered lunches and free snacks are available on a daily basis.

      Cons

      You may or may not get weekends off. Also, There aren't many opportunities to move up as a Research Associate so this position is more suitable for individuals looking to gain industry experience.
