Pros

Good experience for recent graduates. Co-workers are fun, outgoing, and nice. They make work enjoyable. Perks are free snacks, catered food every other day, small gym room, and recreation room with pool table and TVs.

Cons

High turn-over rate due to being overworked and underpaid. Promote based on favoritism or if you were with the company from the beginning. Managers/Leads/Supervisors have no prior experiences because this was their first job after college and were promoted within.

Pay, bonus, work/life balance, and great team. Been in the industry for some time now and I can honestly say that this is the best company I've worked for.

Cons

Draw site access is critical to guarantee pull through. Medicaid approval is important to gain but in from large organizations like hospitals and GPO's
