Pros

Good heath insurance. Some good colleagues. Flexible working time.

Cons

- Free coffee is provided, but the company's mugs are always dirty, and there is no foam cup or paper cup. - Free snacks, cookies are completely rubbish. - Management people don't trust employees very much. - Hard works are not appreciated. - People at director level and middle management level are under qualified in term of scientific and engineering knowledge, so they cannot run the company effectively. - There is no room to develop and grow. - Low salary.

Pros

Natera is committed to creating innovative, "change the world" technology. This is a fast paced environment and you are constantly being challenged. The sales training department is excellent. Strong compensation for high-performers. Being a field based employee, I am disconnected from the internal environment; however, sales people are given a lot of autonomy to be successful or fail. We are absolutely accountable in both directions. There isn't a lot of administrative work that "justifies" our performance. We basically just have to hit a number, if we do we get rewarded well. If we don't, there are significant consequences. The new HR Director/"Chief People Person) appears to be committed to make Natera one of the best companies to work at. She asked employees to leave reviews on Glassdoor. I think this speaks to her confidence and commitment to make Natera a great place to work. If it were a bad environment, I don't think she would ask us to leave reviews. Steve Chapman works his butt off and is very hands-on. He is hyper-aware of each aspect of the company. He is approachable and responsive. I don't think he sleeps. Matt Rabinowitz is an inspirational CEO.

Cons

Communication between departments is not great. Sales expectations are sometimes aggressive to the point of being unrealistic. Internal stakeholders are somewhat disconnected from customer needs and are more concerned with their own agenda.
