      Pros

      Unlike companies who promise you the moon and deliver nothing, Natera actually takes its commitments very seriously. Their work culture is world-class, and their incentive programs are brilliant! Considering that their salary packages and structures are already amazing, the incentives motivate you to push harder. I was given ample opportunities to grow via IJPs and otherwise. Excellent place to work hard and reap your rewards.
