      Fast growth company with great opportunity for those willing to work hard. Innovative company with best in class technology to be passionate about. Supportive Leadership willing to roll up sleeves Continue to expand employee benefits as the company grows.

      Cons

      Young company, will be bumps in the road. Departments that are new and growing which are intensely focused on their tasks can at times forget to communicate with each other.

      Everyone for the most part are really friendly and approachable Able to see and learn almost all aspects of the process if interested Catering is very convenient

      Cons

      Low pay. Only way to make money is to be a manager or CLS Management gives no reasons for employees to stay for long periods of time "Healthy" snacks really aren't that healthy Promotion system is very confusing

Leaving the clinic for industry was a smooth transition and has provided many opportunities for career growth and development. Natera provides a supportive environment for genetic counselors to work, most of whom are remote employees.
