      Pros

      Let me try and keep this short since I worked here for about seven years. Natera became my second home. I had teammates who cared about me, senior management that always encouraged us to succeed. I had the opportunity to learn from some of the best experts in the industry. From the salary, incentives, and perks, to flexible vacation time, and career counseling, Natera does its best to help employees flourish in all respects. The best seven years of my life.

      Cons

      None as such. Perhaps arrange more inter-departmental interaction? That’s about it.

      Pros

      Initially, I always wondered if Natera was overhyped. Once I joined them, I realized it was all true. Excellent team of professionals, a generous salary with incentives, and welcoming work culture. I was able to grow, and Natera ensured that merit was recognized and rewarded. There isn’t much else you can expect from a company. I am glad I joined.

      The canteen is brilliant, though a bit more variety would be great.

      Pros

      I’ve been in the biotech field for more than eight years now. My first stint was with Natera. I had the chance to learn from experts in the field. My peers were experienced and helpful, while senior management was sensible, unbiased, and efficient. I moved on after five years, but Natera made me who I am today.

      Cons

      There were minor issues that senior management would resolve smoothly.
