      Pros

      I’ve worked with other large companies in the past, and they pale in comparison to working at Natera. I had the good fortune of being associated with some truly amazing people. Not only were they thorough professionals, but also wonderful people, from whom I was able to learn a great deal. It helped me upgrade my skill set, and I also made some lifelong friends here. Hard work is generously rewarded. Promotions and growth opportunities are offered based on your performance and merits, with no partiality, politics, or favoritism. Most people employed by Natera are well educated, ethical, and help bolster an excellent work culture. It was an absolute pleasure being part of the Natera family.

      Cons

      Maybe work on expanding the canteen menu and focus on hot meals, especially since many team members are on the field most of the time.

      Working here was a great experience

      Pros

      I’ve worked here for four years. The work culture here is phenomenal, and the co-workers were helpful, efficient, and dedicated. Being a part of Natera was indeed a pleasure. I was welcomed into the team and mentored through the initial phase. I’ve worked with some great people and in the end, realized that the people you work with could make a world of a difference.

      Cons

      The only con was that I was forced to leave due to personal reasons. I don’t think I’d ever have quit otherwise.
