      Pros

      Pay, bonus, work/life balance, and great team. Been in the industry for some time now and I can honestly say that this is the best company I've worked for.

      Cons

      Draw site access is critical to guarantee pull through. Medicaid approval is important to gain but in from large organizations like hospitals and GPO's
