Pros

Great Health insurance benefits, 2 weeks vacation plus several holidays off, decent equipment and software/EPM. Interesting business model with many areas to dive deep. An immense amount of white space.

Cons

Conflicting priorities that change daily. Executives can't even agree with each other. Work/life balance is terrible. If you're a top performer, you'll put in way more time than counterparts. Bonuses are only available to managers and above. Transparency around professional growth and opportunities is non-existent! The "culture of accountability" that is constantly mentioned is vastly different than reality. It's just HR buzz words, definitely not a win together culture, it's "us and them"

Pros

Provides free coffee and donuts. Healthcare is fantastic

Cons

Some coworkers are hostile and bullies relentless on their mission to make targeted victims work environment miserable. I experienced verbal bullying, hands on bullying and my work sabotaged. When discussed with management I was told that the slow response from the Finance management reporting my experiences to the HR department that nothing could be done. It was also suggested that the company was afraid of being sued by the bullies and that it would be very hard to terminate their employment.

Pros

Base Pay is good and above average. It is a COOP. So as long as Dunkin' is in business; so will they be in business.

Cons

Sr. leadership is directed (ran) by franchisees. Decisions are not what's best for NDCP or what is necessary to be an efficient Supply Chain organization. Frequent RIF's and extremely high turnover indicates what is transpiring. Very poor communication from top down with many Sr. Execs. with their head in the sand. If you're looking for some quick experience, you can get it here. But don't set your tent spikes in the ground. You'll be looking to move on quickly.
