We believe that we have a strong management team but as you know there is always room to improve. Our managers are trained on "Culture of Accountability" as well as Approachable Leadership. It is NDCP's goal to continue to invest in its management team.

Our managers are trained and evaluated on managing operations and compliance. We also have several avenues for employees to bring their concerns to management. I hope that you were able to address your concerns prior to your departure.
