Pros

Free coffee, bagels and donuts. Open floor office space is nice, but sometimes too loud. Coworkers are friendly and helpful.

Cons

No room for growth unless you’re male. Upper management doesn’t care about the employees. They don’t trust us and don’t communicate well.

Cons

No clear company direction to follow. Too many In management that like to spread rumors. Too many in management positions without any training. Lack of management experience is creating a culture of micro management and finger pointing. No clear employee growth plan across the organization Promotions/Titles with no value add to the business
