Pros

The environment is very friendly and relaxed. There's room for growth and promotions within. Good benefits and employee discounts. You get what you put in. Started as a temp. Loved the managers and employee. And now a permanent employee.

Cons

Like all corporate settings you have your pettiness. Little bit of everything, just have to know how to avoid negativity. This is a workplace not high school. You're paid to work and perform task, everything else is irrelevant.

Cons

No viable processes so if you are not up for the challenge, this is not for you. If you are used to an established process and need that process to function, this is not the place for you.

Great hours, wonderful working with a driver/helper combo, great benefits

Cons

Pay incorrect frequently, favoritism shown to others, no ability to move up in company, hours taken away without notice, poor communication with drivers and managers, since they became National DCP the treatment of employees went way down
