      Bad Culture - Low Motivation. Leadership Void

      Pros

      Above average pay. Free donuts and coffee. That's about it.

      Cons

      Not an environment where someone can grow and develop. Not great culture. Relationship with Dunkin Corporate is poor. Just a place to go sit around and cash checks.

      Not a lot of room for growth, more work than is possible to do in the the given time frame, stressful environment, poorly defined processes.

      No company direction!

      Pros

      Pay scale is fairly competitive yet still below industry standards

      Cons

      Very poor sense of company direction. CEO moved headquarters to Duluth GA to a location he happens to have financial interest in from Bellingham MA, where Dunkin Donuts is basically based. Safety was not high priority, yet productivity and metrics were of most importance. Very toxic work invironment.
