Pros

laid back work environment. great location, fun office at times

Cons

I have worked here for a year. The job is filled with nepotism and a culture of being a slave to the job. brushing over the fact that your working week is 55 hours + just goes to show how much mental gymnastics management is trying to do to convince themselves that people should be working that many hours. Your base salary is in the 20s, with commission you can make great money, upwards of 100k+. However. this is achieved by a select few that consistently get fed better business. It is not uncommon to see 20 agents doing great with another 80 doing mediocre. the mood in the office is unhappy. No one looks at this company like its a career. its just a job. Be prepared to have your entire month's production ruined because you had a bad week. Then you get the hear that its your fault and that you need to work extra(more than the 10 hours you are putting in daily already).

Pros

I've been here for around 2 years and I love it here. The culture is amazing, management is supportive, and compensation is fair. It's not a traditional 9-5 (which I guess some people may not like) but it allows for a far more flexible work schedule, which is a huge plus.

Cons

You get what you put in. How well you do is directly correlated with how much effort you put in. This is no really different than any sales related position so you really do have to work hard and not get complacent.

Pros

Very nice pay, great benefits in terms of vision, dental, and medical. You get a salary as well as commission.

Cons

Overwork their employees. You are required to work 50 hours a week minimum. As well as one saturday a month. They pressure you into working past your required hours.
