      Teammates are friendly, headquarters are well maintained and make for a good work environment, everyone is very passionate about their work which makes for a very inviting atmosphere

      NFPA is expanding its reach and depth when tackling the world's most pervasive fire, electrical, and related hazard challenges. The people are great to work with and collaboration is valued.

      Cons

      As the organization becomes more efficient (key to financial viability) it can be hard to see traditional activities fall by the wayside. The complex nature of fire safety means we sometimes have trouble focusing on just a few priorities, which stretches staff capacity.
