Pros

Strong benefits, competitive pay and respectful employees

Cons

A president who has failed to inspire staff since 2014. A hodge posge of unimpressive senior leaders and under qualified business line directors.

Positive Environment but Difficulty Growing

Pros

People are very friendly. Never had a bad experience with any coworker. Management wants to evolve the business and is making strides to modernize a very old company. Mission statement is noble and every member of the company seems to uphold it.

Cons

Management can’t plan ahead and overworks staff with unrealistic goals. “Company goals” drive bonus and when goals aren’t met employees suffer for it. Company has a hard time breaking down silos which impacts communication and efficiency. Teams often have an incredibly hard time making decisions on anything which causes drawn out conversations and little progress.
