      Good mission and important work.

      Cons

      Leadership is in total disarray and good people are leaving without having jobs to go to. Total lack of direction, total lack of trust in staff, pet projects with huge price tags are being launched that have little likelihood of success. The culture is totally toxic and dysfunctional.

      Co-worker relationship is complicated; a lot of people close to the senior management is not really working hard, but talks too much ; management is bad; review system hurts employees; pay under the market.
