Fair Employer, good benefits

Pros

Very good benefits package, with 403b and employee assistance programs. Good amount off time off and excellent work/life ballance. Very dedicated and good co-workers.

Cons

Some-what of a gap between upper management and the rest of employees. Many employees have been with the Association for 20+ years, and carry some old habits that are a bit difficult to work with. Company is always hiring though, so there is progress there.

Pros

Medium size. Great people. Great benefits. Finally remote work is an option since pandemic. Onsite cafe and gym with lots of free class offerings.

Cons

Hierarchical. Current culture is in flux. Big disparity between those on board and those not on board.
