Pros

Beautiful new facility in Springfield, VA. Lateral and promotion opportunities within the agency are good. Important work is being done for the country.

Cons

Bureaucracy is alive and well. If you ever leave it will be hard to find equal jobs that pay equal because of paygrade bloat. Unless you have an operational position it will feel like you are spinning your wheels at times.

Pros

Key Intelligence Community partner, important mission protecting national security, dedicated and innovative workforce.

Cons

Dark side to the innovative workforce is a complete inability to transition "home grown" solutions into enterprise-wide capabilities.
