Very diversified employees. Accredited onsite college for continued learning. Many international deployment opportunities. External temporary duty assignments with other agencies. Variety of internal agency groups to participate in. Extensive breakfast and lunch choices in house.

Cons

Performance evaluation base on successful and collateral duties and percentage of number of employees in assigned key component. The later you arrive for morning start of the day the more challenging it is to find parking in the onsite garage. There is an external parking lot with shuttle to facility. Intrusion of Professional and personal life activities are scrutinized 365 days of the year.
