Pros

Great mission, hard problems to solve, very good benefits (flexible schedules, beautiful building, free gym on site)

Cons

Lots of resistance to change in the middle and senior management layers. They say the right words but when something different actually starts happening they put the brakes on quickly. Why all the fear, people?!

Pros

Work/Life Balance, Career Development Opportunities, Location, Willingness to Embrace Change

Cons

Despite a willingness to embrace change, any change takes a painfully long time to implement. Promotability construct has room for improvement.
