Pros

They have a really fantastic mission and all in all the folks who work there are gifted and dedicated to success.

Cons

When I was there they had some particularly toxic leaders and there didn't seem to be a mechanism for getting rid of them easily although one was removed in a very high profile way which was likely good for morale.
