Pros

The best part of working for NGA is job flexibility. The flexibility of my job allows me to take my child to school and doctor appointments and still put in my forty hours. The job allows the flexibility to workout at the onsite gym. On occasion, I am also able to work from home to do complete training. All these flexibilities allow me to maintain a good work-life balance. Aside from the multiple flexibilities, I also appreciate the constant support for career development. NGA offers several opportunities and training for development and encourages them.

Cons

The pros outway the cons for me, but no job is without cons. The con of this job is the common technical difficulties.
