Pros

I wasn't a direct hire but sat in their spaces for 3 years. Director was in touch and transparent with the staff. Building accommodations were some of the best that the fed gov has to offer. Clear process for promotions and effort to reduce top heavy structure. Some who were not moving up amongst the higher ranking (GS13-15) were unhappy and not on board with the changes but it's a great system overall. Very open to team and collaboration. Work-life balance is a real thing here too. Family events, fitness program, free gym services, holiday recognition.

Cons

Sense of resentment from people who weren't skating thru raises anymore.

Pros

Pay, Flexible Work Schedule, Military Support, Travel and Education

Cons

The mid level management are all about themselves and do not assist junior analysts to grow.
