Stable company with an attention to detail and quality. Working at another company that consults manufacturing firms like NGC makes me appreciate how well they manage their internal processes.

Cons

If you don’t like to give your all / work hard, don’t come here. I’ve worked at many companies, and the expectation here is to produce a quality end product on all fronts. The expectation is there - more so than some other companies.
