This job pays well and pays weekly

Cons

As an Afro American there was a feeling of mistrust at the end of the workday. Caucasian workers there are friends and family of present or former employees. The three forman are Caucasian and will often allow these workers to do things and get away with with things Afro Americans couldn't do or get away with. At the end of the day the price wasn't worth the reward. It's not only about survival it's about flourishing and a piece of mind.
