Pros

Could be a very good company to work for if the corporate management team took more active roles in the individual locations management and enforced corporate guidelines.

Cons

This company does NOT attract and retain people as is listed in their Vision and Values statement. Corporate management allows Plant Managers and local personnel to dictate which policies are enforced creating hostile work environments. Management at the local level does not follow a set guideline for disciplinary actions; they choose which action or non-action to pursue based on each employee rather than a standardized process for all employees. This includes and is not limited to generation of false and inaccurate incident reports by Plant Managers and Human Resource representatives at the local level. These inaccurate reports then submitted to the corporate team as termination documentation to release long term employees in at will states. Corporate Management does not honor nor acknowledge requests of terminated employees to investigate these allegations of misrepresentation; even if there is internal video monitoring software in place that may be used to verify said claims. A very unprofessional method to promote employee and customer loyalty.
