Bad Management, Bad Work Enviroment, Bad Divorce!!

The pay is good. About $20.00 per hour. for everyone.

Cons

Bad work schedule,(rotates backwards), Management constantly preaches safety, but don't care, until someone is killed. (Note: We had someone killed in 2011 because, he wasn't allowed an extra lock to lockout two power stations) and promotions are solely based on who management likes, not on performance. Work conditions are extremely hot in the summer and extremely cold in the winter. Favortism is rampant.
