Pros

I worked there for a year and I loved it. Very easy position and the receptionists have a group chat that easily allows anyone to switch shifts or allows anyone to cover. I loved the patients, visitors, and staff. Everyone was very respectful and friendly to each other. I'm honestly sad to go but I enjoyed my time there.

Cons

there are at least 4-6 receptionists so depending on what posistion you were hired for, there may be times when you feel like you have to fight for work but the supervisor was as fair as possible. It does allow you to pick up shifts if there is a moment in time, a lot of people are busy.
