      Pros

      I am fairly new to the company and have really enjoyed the culture of the company and look forward to continuing my development. I feel listened to and appreciated for my contributions. I strongly recommend this company!

      Cons

      HR is a bit behind the times. They could use some freshening up and would benefit from some new ways of thinking.

      Excellent working enviornment. Team orientated from day one, You are able to ask any co-worker for assistance,and they will ensure you get the answer you are looking for.. Constant commiunication between our Team, which leads to our success. They Truly care about their employees success , by providing career growth from within.

      Cons

      I honestly cant think of one at this time.....I have been in Healthcare for 25 years, and National Healthcare does it right...
