Very friendly place and a great place to grow and try new ideas. They will give you fair pay if you can make a good case for it.
Cons
The person I worked for wasn't really experienced in the field. I learned a lot of about corporate work but as far as media and marketing I was basically teaching her, not ideal if you are working to learn rather than to earn.
