Pros

The people and culture were the main reasons I enjoyed working at National Instruments. I have made lifelong friends and contacts, which I am very grateful for.

Cons

I found advancement a bit challenging from my own experience and that of others. Many were able to do much better after leaving and being rehired.

Pros

Fantastic training, management and process for ensuring the engineers receive all the training they need to fulfil their roles.

Cons

Work becomes repetitive after the six months of training and implementation. You also have to be comfortable with being a support engineer and not the person responsible for the development.
